Ever since his arrival in the US in 2001, Christian Bohyn has been interested in Real Estate. He started out investing cautiously in real estate in a booming market. "It was unbelievable," Christian says. "Lenders would call you and tell you that your property was valued much more than at the time of purchase, and they asked, 'Wouldn't you like some more money?'" Little by little, Christian bought one property after another. Meanwhile, he studied Real Estate and Mortgages and became a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker. Between 2002 and 2007 he amassed a Real Estate portfolio close to $7.5 million.

When the market went downhill he desperately wanted to sell his homes and developed a "FastSell System."  The system enabled Christian to sell houses in 2 weeks time.

One of the "Fast Sell Homes" was sold at a price that barely covered the mortgage, so Christian decided not to add a commission as his main goal is helping people. Surprisingly, the lender called and asked why there was no commission for the realtor on this sale. Christian explained that if he would ask for commission then the seller would have had to pay and as the seller did not have that kind of money, he just did not ask for it. To his surprise, the lender said, "Well then, we'll make it a short sale and pay you commission out of our receipts."  That was the best thing that could ever happen, because now Christian could unload properties at market value and even if these where sold at an amount below what was owned, the lender would accept it, pay a commission and forgive the homeowner the difference between the sale price and the mortgage.  The Lender even waived deficiency judgements.

More and more homeowners turned to Christian to have their homes sold quick and to negotiate their debt, and that's how he got the reputation as "The Realtor Who Gets The Monkey Off Your Back."
